Iowa Sports Prep

Programs

A school day built for more than seat time.

ISP is opening small in-person school locations across Iowa alongside an online school, all built around personalized, mastery-based Morning Academics, athletic development, and practical skills.

Morning Academics

Students work through personalized, mastery-based learning in the morning with coaching that helps them become confident lifelong learners.

Athletic Development

Daily movement, strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition, and recovery habits help students understand and care for their bodies.

Practical Skills

Money habits, goal setting, relationships, ownership, discipline, and real-world preparation are treated as part of the school day.

Two ways to attend ISP

In-person schools

ISP is opening physical locations across Iowa, each designed as a small school of roughly 20-50 students with structure, coaching, and a close community where students are known.

Online school

The online school uses the same personalized, mastery-based academic model for families who need ISP's structure and coaching without attending a physical location.

What the model includes

The exact schedule can evolve by cohort and format, but the model is simple: personalized mastery-based Morning Academics, physical development, and the life readiness work students need to carry forward.

Morning academic work
Coaching and assignment support
Strength, conditioning, and mobility
Nutrition, sleep, and recovery habits
Practical skills and life readiness
Space to continue local public school sports
