Iowa Sports Prep

Work at ISP

Help build a school that prepares students for life.

Iowa Sports Prep needs adults who can teach, coach, mentor, and build with clarity. We are looking for people who care about Morning Academics, athletic development, practical skills, and the character students carry into adulthood.

Two roles at the center of the model

Student Success Coach

The on-campus adult who actually knows the student.

Student Success Coaches are the relationship layer at ISP. They are present with students each day, set the tone for the campus, build trust with families, notice problems early, and help students stay accountable to their academic, athletic, and personal goals.
