MyPath

Your progress, gamified

What Is MyPath?

MyPath is the app that tracks your student's development — academics, athletics, life skills, all in one place.

Think of it like a video game character profile. Instead of a traditional report card, your child has a Player Card with an overall rating (0-99 OVR) that grows as they improve.

But you don't start with a number. You start Unranked. You have to earn your rating.

Starting Out: Unranked

Every student enters ISP the same way — Unranked. No number. No rating. Just potential.

The status isn't "bad." It's "unknown." A 64 OVR feels like a benchwarmer. Unranked feels like a prospect with something to prove.

Your child's first goal: earn REP and unlock their official OVR.

What Is REP?

REP stands for Reputation. It's the currency your child earns by doing the things that build a complete athlete — not just performing in games, but showing up, taking care of their body, and doing the work nobody sees.

You do repetitions to build your reputation.

How to Earn REP

REP comes from consistent action across three areas:

Show Up (Reliability)

ActionREP
Check in on time+10
Attend pod call+15
Complete daily readiness check (sleep + nutrition log)+20

Do the Work (Athletic & Academic)

ActionREP
Complete daily academics (TimeBack mastery)+25
Complete a training session+25
Hit a personal record (any lift or drill)+50
Score B+ or higher on any test or quiz+50
Submit film study notes+50

Go the Extra Mile (Bonus)

ActionREP
Log an extra hour of practice or film+30
Help a teammate or younger student+20
Coach's pick (attitude, hustle, leadership)+15

Coaches log REP in real time. Your child sees their total update throughout the day.

Unlocking Your OVR

Once your child earns enough REP, they unlock their official OVR — their Player Card, their skill tree breakdown, and the start of a new journey.

ANALYZING DATA...

████████████████████████████ 100%

OVR GENERATED.

The habits they built during the Unranked phase (showing up, logging meals, doing extra reps) translate into a Potential grade (A, B, or C) that determines how fast their OVR can grow over time.

Grind early. Grow faster later.

The Hustle Board

While your child is Unranked, they can't compete on OVR yet. So they compete on effort.

The Hustle Board is a weekly leaderboard showing who's putting in the most work — most REP earned, most sessions logged, most consistent streaks. Even the newest student in the school can top the board.

You don't have a rating yet? Fine. Show us your work ethic.

The Player Card

Once ranked, every ISP student has a Player Card showing:

  • Overall Rating (OVR): A single number (0-99) summarizing their development
  • Skill Trees: Breakdown by category (Bio, Mental, Financial/Brand/Communication)
  • Streaks: Consecutive days of logged activity
  • Badges: Achievements earned along the way
  • Potential: A, B, or C — how fast your OVR can grow

How Ratings Improve

Ratings go up through consistent action, not cramming.

Daily Missions

Every morning, your child gets 3 missions tailored to their lowest-rated areas:

TODAY'S MISSIONS

🍎 NUTRITION — Log breakfast and lunch
   Reward: +0.3 Bio Rating

🧠 MINDSET — Watch today's athlete video
   Reward: +0.2 Mental Rating

📊 TRAINING — Log your workout
   Reward: +0.2 Bio Rating

Complete missions = ratings go up. Skip days = ratings stall (or drop).

Streaks

Consecutive days of completing missions build streaks.

StreakBadge
7 days🔥 Week Warrior
14 days🔥🔥 Two-Week Terror
30 days🔥🔥🔥 Monthly Monster
60 days💪 Iron Will
90 days🏆 Elite
365 days🐐 GOAT

Streaks unlock rewards — from exclusive content to 1:1 calls with athletes.

Persona Challenges

Beyond daily missions, students can take on persona challenges — longer commitments tied to legendary athletes and coaches.

How They Work

  1. Choose a challenge from the library (or get assigned one)
  2. Commit to the duration (7-21 days)
  3. Log daily — the app tracks your progress
  4. Complete the challenge and earn your badge
  5. Create content — film a "You Teach" video sharing what you learned

Example Challenges

Create "You Teach" videoExtra OVR boost + featured chance

"You Teach" Content

The highest level of learning is teaching others.

After completing a challenge or mastering a concept, students create short content:

  • TikTok/Reel (60 sec): "What Dan Gable taught me about my morning routine"
  • Video essay (3-5 min): Deep dive on one lesson
  • Blog post: Written reflection

Why It Matters

  1. Deepens learning — You can't teach what you don't understand
  2. Builds personal brand — Content for college recruiting, NIL
  3. Earns rewards — Featured content gets OVR boosts

Your child isn't just a student. They're a content creator building their future.

The Pro Feed

ISP students get exclusive access to daily content from partner athletes — like Instagram stories, but from the pros:

  • 🌅 Morning routines — How they start their day
  • 🍳 Meal prep — What elite fueling looks like
  • 💪 Training clips — The work behind the results
  • 🧠 Pre-game thoughts — Mental prep in real time
  • 📝 Post-game reflections — Processing wins and losses
  • 🎬 Behind-the-scenes — The stuff that never makes highlight reels

This isn't polished marketing. It's real, raw, daily life — so students see what elite actually looks like.

Athlete Benchmarks

The coolest part: comparing your child to elite athletes at the same age.

Elite athletes have historical data showing what their stats were at ages 10, 12, 14, 16, etc.

Your child can see:

YOUR STATS vs. D1 ATHLETE AT AGE 14

           You D1 Avg Gap
Speed 72 78 -6
Shooting 68 82 -14
Academics 85 83 +2 ✅

"You're ahead of the D1 average in academics at their age!"

This makes elite performance tangible. It's not some distant goal — it's a benchmark they can chase.

Behavior Gap Reports

Weekly, your child gets a report showing:

Your BehaviorD1 Athlete's Behavior at Your AgeMatch?
4 hrs training/week13 hrs/week
Skipped breakfastOatmeal + eggs every day
6.5 hrs sleep8.5 hrs sleep

The question isn't "Are you talented?" It's "Are you doing what they did?"

Talent is overrated. Habits win.

Badges & Achievements

Badges are collected over time and displayed on the Player Card:

BadgeHow to Earn
🏀 Elite ShooterMatch D1 shooting stats at your age
🏈 Elite ArmMatch D1 arm strength at your age
📚 Scholar AthleteBeat your athlete's academic score
🥇 OVR MatchMatch an athlete's OVR at the same age
🧱 Stonecutter30 days of perfect small-task completion
💧 Salt BadgeProper hydration during intense training

Badges are shareable — your child can post them to social media, show coaches, include in recruiting profiles.

For Parents: What You See

Parents get a dashboard showing:

  • Unranked phase: REP total, progress toward unlock
  • Ranked phase: Current OVR and skill tree ratings, Potential grade
  • Streak status (are they logging consistently?)
  • Mission completion rate
  • Weekly progress summary
  • Alerts if ratings drop or streaks break

You don't need to nag. The system handles accountability. You just check in weekly to see progress.

Why Gamification Works

Athletes understand competition. They understand progress. They understand leveling up.

A traditional report card — "B+ in Math" — doesn't motivate anyone.

But "Your OVR went from 72 to 76 this month, and you're only 3 points behind D1 athletes at your age"?

That motivates.

MyPath turns development into a game worth playing.

FAQ

Q: How long does the Unranked phase take?

A: Most students earn their OVR within the first few weeks. It depends on how consistently they show up. The system is designed to build the habit before the number.

Q: Is this just for serious athletes?

A: It works for any student-athlete. The system adapts to their level. A recreational athlete and an elite prospect both benefit from tracking habits and seeing progress.

Q: What if my kid doesn't like video games?

A: That's fine. The gamification is optional framing. At its core, MyPath is just a progress tracker. Some kids love the game elements; others just use it to see their stats.

Q: Can coaches see my child's profile?

A: Only if you choose to share it. Player Cards can be exported and shared with coaches, recruiters, or anyone else — but it's always your choice.

Q: Is this an app or website?

A: Both. Mobile app for students (iOS + Android). Web dashboard for parents.
